I'm an enthusiastic hobby orchid grower, currently living in St. Paul, Minnesota. Born in Germany I started taking photographs of the German native orchids about ten years ago. About five years ago I got hooked to the tropical orchids and started growing them indoors. Unfortinately I had to leave all of them behind when I moved to the US in 2003. But since then I have started rebuilding my collection and added many interesting species.
I have started this website in December 2004 to share all the information I colleted and the experiences I made. You will notice that many links do not work yet. I have put them up to give you an overview of what to expect and I'm adding a few pages per week, so please come back and check for new content.
