Phalaenopsis Brother Goldsmith '437'

Phalaenopsis Phal. Brother Goldsmith 437 orchid flower spike

This is my Phalaenopsis (Phal.) Brother Goldsmith '437' orchid, a vivid yellow flower with pinkish dotted lines and a red and yelow lip.

I have not found much about this orchid, it seems that there are different clones, all numbered. It seems they all have the distict purple pattern of dotted lines on a background that can range from white to yellow.

As soon as I find more I will post it here.

Phal. Brother Goldsmith '437' is a reliable boomer in my collection. Blooms in early summer here in Minnesota.
